What we do
Engineering, Fabrication & Construction
Across all facets of the RESCON Engineering we have successfully completed numerous manufacture and/or Construction Project’s.
From Simple Cone Crusher installations, Floatation Plants , Slurry Pumping Systems and Conveyors, RESCON Engineering provide the skills and expertise to carry out and integrate all of the process elements and work these into an efficient manufacture and installation package in the most cost effective manner.
With the appropriate specifications, procurement standards and procedures plant elements can be sourced from in country or from overseas.
New, refurbished or second hand equipment options can be offered as part of an overall project package.
We provide a full multi discipline capability and proactively manage projects to give a competent, reliable and complete engineering construction service.
What we do
Crushing and Screening
RESCON Engineering has a specialty in the design and construction of Crushing and Screening Plants.
Factory Training and over 30 years’ experience give us an unparalleled capability to give you a fixed plant that gives you the best return for your capital investment.
If you need Crushers, Vibratings Screens, Feeders or Conveyors we are the company with the knowledge, experience and capability to help you.
What we do
Modular Plant Systems
The concept of a modular design is well utilized in large process plants, typically in the oil and gas industry. This concept however also is very cost efficient for smaller unit system mineral processing plants and quarries where the complex electro mechanical systems can be packaged onto one module for a simple, bolt in, installation at site.
Site manhours, installation time and installation costs are dramatically reduced and the overall project timeline to “rock on ground” is much shorter.
An overall module mass of up to several hundred tonnes can be achieved for road transport within Australia if required.
What we do
Machinery Upgrades
Equipment
Over many years we have been asked to utilize our capability to design machines for specific applications and come up with improvements to existing machines.
Rebuilds and Upgrades
Tired of having your Process Equipment repaired at high cost only to have it fail again not long after?
We not only have the capability to carry out major repairs, rebuilds or upgrades to process equipment but to base the selected repair procedure on sound engineering concepts and calculations.
Special Machines
Just a few of the specialised machines or upgrades we have completed include
- Prototype Long Stroke Vibrating Screen for Recycling large but very light refuse.
- Stainless Steel Tube Conveyor for a Coal Sampling system
- Automated Paint Machines for various applications
- Belt Feeders
- Lifting Beams and Hardware
- Ceramic Coated Belt Filter Rollers
- Vibrating Screen Mechanisms
What we do
Plant Leasing
RESCON Engineering can offer complete plants on an ongoing lease, fixed term or hybrid Build, Own then Transfer arrangement.
Contact us to discuss in confidence your particular technical and commercial requirements for a process plant without high up front capital costs.
What we do
Plant Refurbishments
Very often it is possible to significantly enhance the operation and throughput of an existing Process Plant.
By identifying plant layout and equipment settings, specifications and operating parameters in a thorough, comprehensive and accurate manner enables the removal of process bottlenecks and a more reliable and higher production to be achieved.
We have also brought several out of service plants back on line in cost efficient ways. This process typically involves Blast and Protective Coating, mechanical and electrical equipment recoveries and the limited installation of new components and sub systems on an as required basis.
